Voucher not working

I registered for the Johannesburg colour run and bought 5 tickets which came with 5 takealot vouchers,when trying to purchase the color run outfits on the takealot website only one voucher worked.<br> I logged a complain with Tixsa support and they tried to troubleshoot but still the vouchers weren't working,matter was than sent to takealot but weeks went by without any feedback.<br> A week before the run i sent an email and was advised that i will get new vouchers but till this day im still waiting.
