Voucher not accepted on my order////

I have a voucher no;NTHZ-7YFU-U73M. it was in a magazine I bought but It will not accept my voucher. On the coupon says on 1st purchase which is what I`m doing. Please tell me why this is happening. Thanks I have tried so many times to get results on this with no success, is this another managerless company whom does not care about clients. as there is no contact details for customers. We have received your service request. One of our shopping assistants is reviewing your request and will generally respond within 2-12 working hours, depending on volumes. 2nd time I get this message with no respond further???? BAD ADVERTISING AS VOUCHER DO NOT STATE ONLY FOR FIRDT TIME CLIENTS ONLY?/?/
