Voucher issues

I received a voucher which I used on an order that I later had to cancel as i was not able to adjust it.

I have since been waiting for you guys to reverse the voucher so I can apply it to the amended basket but no response.

The order was not even complete but suddenly it is no longer valid as it was used? How cause the order was never finalized. Ridiculous that one cannot adjust an order without having to go through a cancellation.

I am not happy with your service at all
