Voucher does not work and no customer service

My wife received via email a first time buyer coupon ... get R250 off your first purchase so she registered on Takelot and placed an order for 3 items totalling R1,588

We are supposed to enter the voucher number number at checkout but through the whole checkout process there is no option to enter voucher number ... ie no discount.

So we tried calling Takaleot to no avail as after 20 minutes no answer and we were not going to waste our airtime

My wife will be buying the same products at Game, and Incredible Connection this coming weekend ... at least we can touch and feel the products and also blocking Takelot emails and ads

Takealot is total ripoff when in comes to tempting buyers to use a voucher that does not exist
