Vortex Air fryier - not returned

I have returned an Vortex air fryier that was faulty and still under warranty, on the 13 April the supplier fixed the faulty air fryier. Up until today takealot.com have not returned my Vortex Air fryier. With neomorours emails unanswered or taking up to 6 days to respond with no answer. Eveverytime I follow up it is someone els, that does not have the history.

This is the worst service I have ever received from takealot.com.
