Vodacom and Takealot Bad service ever!!!!

I am so upset at takealot and vodacom, I recently purchased a phone a takealot Hisense E70 for my daughters birthday which is a very cool phone so it arrived a day before her birthday which was the 8th of march, as I write this right now the phone switched off two weeks ago, reported the matter at takealot hoping that they will come get the phone and maybe receive a new one or they will send it off for repairs but they refusing to take it back saying I must take it to vodacom which is the (manufacture) so I took it to vodacom twice they telling me takealot is responsible for it!!!!!!! this is so ridiculous and unprofessional the amount of time and money wasted on this up and down is frustrating! I can't deal... I want a full refund or a new phone, this phone is not even a month old just switch off which is so pathetic, now them refusing to take the phone back is even worse!! Takealot and Vodacom please I beg fix this issue because this is bad customer service bad bad!!!!
