VIVA THE LOCAL ECONOMY

I have engaged with Takealot as a seller and a buyer. Neither experience enamours them to me. My recent experiences as a buyer have been that the packers at TAL grab whatever they feel like that sort of fits the description and shove it in the box. Three times I have had the wrong order resent as the wrong order. It has set the functioning of my well run business back due to their inability to READ.

As a seller I had items returned as "broken" 6 months down the line - TAL TOOK my hard earned cash and gave it back to the buyer. The one item had not even been used. Needless to say, the box was damaged and written all over so I could not resell it.

I will be supporting local now as far as I possibly can. VIVA the LOCAL ECONOMY
