Violaters of consumer rights

If I could give zero, I would as they don't deserve ONE star. I bought a glass top stove and gas cylinder. They packed the steel cylinder on top of the glass top. To absolutely NO ONE'S surprise, the glass cracked and the fittings were bent. I informed them within 3 days of delivery of the fault. I returned the item which they subsequently declined because the return wasn't logged in 7 days. Allegedly the return had to be logged within 7 days as their company policy. However, the ad clearly states "hassle free return within 30days" I phoned them on numerous occasions and not ONCE did they make me aware of this alleged company policy. They are refusing to refund me or to replace the item. The also arranged for the item to be returned without informing me... I only found this out when I followed up on the refund.
