Very wary of ordering again from this company

Yesterday was the first time I experienced such poor customer services from Takealot. I ordered products over R8,000.00. Package arrived the screen was not what I ordered in fact a cheaper version. I tried to call but no luck eventually I called the number in the box and was told an overnight delivery for the radio still waiting and no to little response from the person on the other end WhatsApp screenshots as proof. Takealot also doesn't allow you to review product if the comments are not to their liking regardless of following the guide lines. They will always reject screen shots from that as well. This was just the first product the JBL speakers I ordered I opened last night came without wires and broken cross overs still in plastic one can hear. So submitted a return. Deeply disappointed and makes me think should we still order from a Company who does nothing to correct the wrong.
