Very very very unhappy customer

So i am subscribed to takealot more, (paid my subscription), which entiles delivery tge next working day.

My parcel is under 1kg, it is smaller that 30 cm and the product is in stock in the JHB branch.

I reside in Pretoria...

But my parcel is going to take 3 days to get here...

Why the hell does the subscription say next day / same day delivery .. i placed my order last night late. Which means. The next business day is 29/01/2025.. i will o ly be recieving the parcel on the 31st.

I will be canceling my supscription with takealot as i am not impressed.

Becareful thats how the shark and pull you into biying a product, as ypu think you will get it the next day and then 3 days later only...

Ps. My parcel hasnt even been shipped yet And its something urgent.
