Very very unhappy

Im a completely furious. As a client that uses take alot often, they really messed up this time.

I oredered a cellphone from them, completely wrong phone when i received it. Its says Honor x7c but the specs, cam everything was wrong. I either wanter the right phone or refund to my bank account as i wont then buy phone there again. Then i get message saying if approved will cresit my account (not good at all). But fine.

Now i get a message that i didnt include the suoer charger and phone case! There was none of that in there!!! The whole product was wrong. Was a small flat box, not one of those larger ones. Ot wont even fot in there. I returned as i got it. They saying that might even return that product to me. So i oay for a phone that's nit even right phone. Acting like i took things out!!! Im beyond upset.

I will not pay that for a **** or whatever phone. Those products where never in there.

Im so upset, it was supposed to be a present.
