Very very dissatisfied, unhappy and ruined my granddaughter’s 3 birthday.

Very disappointed with promise for next day delivery. Had 2 deliveries on same day and the 3 most important delivery which was a present for my granddaughters birthday tomorrow the driver pretended to be here when he was not or failed to even ring the doorbell which both others did. I now have to attend her birthday tomorrow empty handed ! Called help line and was told not to worry sa they did deliver up until 7 PM and the goods would be delivered. Could have just gone to the toy shop if I knew they could not meet their promises regardless and even at the addition cost of R95.00 for next day delivery. Very disappointed. Don’t trust next day delivery unless you happy to sit outside your house all day - as to press a door bell seems to much effort IF they maintain the driver was at your house which I doubt he was.
