Very very disappointed in Takealot

I am a very loyal customer of Takealot. I order at least once a month products from them, but this last experience was not good at all, especially the the reasons they supply are not true.

I have ordered three items, which was paid for, later the day I received a e-mail that two of the items was cancelled, because they are out of stock, so I mailed them and said its not true, because they still sell the same items and it shows in stock. They have rep**** again and said the following, "Please note that theTiny Love - Thomas Jitter and Tiny Love - Christopher Jitter was sold directly from the SupplierToy Kingdom and it is now out of stock, therefore, we canceled the item in your order.

The item that is currently on our website is Sold by Takealot hence the price difference."

This means that they do have stock, and also I have contacted Toy Kindom from where they get it, and they also have stock. So I do not understand the problem.

I requested that you add those items back into my shipment as per my payment.
