Very very disappointed

On the 9th dec 2023 i ordered 3 pieces luggage bags they were delivered on the 17th while i was out of the province, my mom received them, i came back in February 2024 only to find out they delivered incorrect luggage and quality very bad, i logged return and they came and collect them, after 2 days when i check status was concluded and rejected, for more information i must check email, i waited for email nothing received, i sent email to customer care then after 2 days they send me email saying reason for rejection is i logged return after 7 days, then next day they returns the luggage the same one, now i am stuck with them because of their fault because if they initial delivered the correct one i was not going to have this problem. Return was within 3 months of order I am very disappointed by takealot.
