Very very bad service and products

Takealot is pathetic. Priduct and Service is very very bad. We bought two chairs, was scratched, cushion sat on its once, it then tore. They didn't send us the trays. Takealot refuse to give me back my money. They don't come back to me. They don't send me new chairs, which wasn't what I wanted. Now I paid for the chairs, don't have anything and they owe me my money or at least new chairs. I paid over R2000 and they don't send my anything back. I want my money!!!! They just don't come back to me at all. Ignored all six emails, four plus phone calls. I can't answer my phone. I even asked them today to call me at work by ***. Still nothing. I want my refund. Takealot owe me over R2000!!!!!!
