VERY VERY BAD

I returned a Phillips daily blender within my guarantee year, it was repaired then I received someone else blender, barcodes did not match and still broken. Take-a-lot has misplaced my blender, they have been giving me the run around for two months now. They came back now to say sorry supplier has no stock, here your refund but I cant buy the same unit because of price difference. They just not willing to assist, so now I am without a blender. Sorry Phillips Take-a-lot has left a bad taste in my mouth.
