Very useless nxa ****mers

Nxa this ****mers operation trying to **** me. I bought soldering iron they delivered soldering wire complete different item. I returned thier wrong delivery they credited me when I order again it requires me to pay delivered fee I called them they promised to sort it out for me it's almost a month they then placed an order on my behalf which iam still waiting even today I have been calling sending emails all I get is rude people telling me the same thing they will escalate the matter till today they still escalating the amount of time, financial costs, I've spend on this is even more than what they owe me mcm
