Very upset with Takealot

I bought a tablet from takealot, it did not work well, I sent it in to get it check this was in October 2020. To this date I still do not have my tablet back, emails have gone back and forth between them and myself. Takealot are blaming Fash and Fourios and visa versa. I am totally disappointed as we buy a lot of appliances etc from Takelot, we are good customers.
