Very upset with my order

My Takealot order ***5 . I recently bought and paid for the items and the reason I bought those items was that I desperately needed roasting pan of which it was swapped with frying pan without my knowledge I only learned that upon opening my order. Tried to communicate with take a lot and they seem not to care not one is responding to my complain they expect me to accept item that I don't need.

I tried to reach out to take a lot with so many emails and no response from them. Buying online was very convenient but when they advertise an item and u be interested in an item advertised but upon delivery it's something else. Take a lot is misleading their customers with their false adverti*****ts.
