Very upset first time customer

On the 27th of October 2025 I ordered a freezer,3 set of trays and 3 ciders carry packs from takealot I used pay just now I received email confirming my order and delivery date for the 10/11/2025 which is today to my surprise I received email today with order cancellation and the freezer refund , so I called takealot advised them to rather cancel because I bought other items just to add on so the consultant confirmed cancelling the order after I asked her for reference she said she will email not the email advising me that they can not cancel the 3 set tray and ciders due to the order being authorised!Why did Thimna confirm order being cancelled on our conversation.I am not happy at all this is pathetic service I waited 13 days for the freezer to be delivered which was supposed to be a gift it delayed and got cancelled with out any communication!!Now I'm expecting to take items that I do not need anymore!!I need this sorted if this is how takealot treat their customers they should forget about getting new ones .
