Very upset

I was assured that a personal item of mine was with a shipment and that I didn't need to worry as they will make sure that it was returned back to me. I kept phoning to asked for an update. They said I shouldn't worry they would arrange for the item to be shipped back to me as they did find it. That plate you can't buy separately and today they confirmed that they are so sorry that they don't have it anymore and they have returned the other item with my personal part back to the supplier. I've spend a lot of money buying from takealot and guess what I won't buy from them ever again.
