Very unsatisfied.

In all the years I have been using Takealot, I have never encountered an issue until approximately three weeks ago.

The item I received was completely the incorrect brand. I processed the return, and the item was eventually collected, but it appears the collection department is not aligned with customer arrangements. Despite scheduling a specific collection date, they rescheduled without confirmation.

Subsequently, I received the supposedly correct package again, but to my dismay, the same incorrect product was delivered. Additionally, there has been no response to my product review indicating the product was incorrectly advertised.
