Very unhelpful and offensive customer service

I often purchase from takealot and recently did not receive all my items in the boxes delivered. They are hesitant that the courier they used did give me all my items but I did not even receive a packing slip in the box like I always do mentioning what items I should find in the boxes. We have sent numerous emails but there is no conclusion, they just keep saying the items are delivered. As if I would want to ***** brown paper envelopes and essential oil. Anyone else have this negative feedback from them?
