Very unhappy. Terrible service !

I had the worst experience with takealot. After purchasing hair products, I saw the same products cheaper somewhere else, I than canceled my order the same day and requested for a refund. Everyday I would follow up as their refund policy states 3 to 4 days. Today on day 6, I sent another email to Siphesihle and the refund was done. I had to literally beg for my refund to be processed. But than I saw they deducted the delivery fee, which they shouldn't as it was canceled the same day. I'm very unhappy because they are quick to deduct from your bank account but slow to return your money. Im still waiting for an answer to be reimbursed for the delivery fee that was deducted and i must still wait another 3-5 working days for the money to reflect in my account. I have sent numerous emails just to get help. I will never recommend people to them. Ever
