Very unhappy and dissapointed

I bought a sleeper couch from Takealot. Product is in a poor condition, the couch is dirty and wet and smells moldy, the hinges is rusty. With the first sit, it broke. All that's new is the legs. I'm deeply dissappointed, and extremely unhappy to say the least.
