Very Unhappy

Hi There

I must express my extreme disappointment and anger on how my last purchase was dealt with , I bought a Wi FI router which when delivered was the wrong one, I then had it returned and asked it to be swopped for the correct one, then the item was not available as it was sold out, so I needed to be credited so I could then by another one which was then a little more expensive, it took too ,omg to get the credit that the new router then was also sold out so I had to look for another router that cost me an additional R 500 rand .

This is really not acceptable not only have you cost me more money on the purchase I have lost a weeks’ worth of income due to not having WIFI to work.

This is really not on.
