VERY UNHAPPY

Terrible, we used to have good service from Takealot, now they will not take back a damaged or wrong item. You cant get them on the phone, they just say no online not refundable, then when going 40km to there depo to drop off the unopened items, they then return it back to me. The driver said he is having endless problems with clients but he is private.
