Very suspect

On 28/04/28 I sent an email upon opening the order with photos. "Good day Just received the above order. One item in the order is missing being Jacobs Salted Caramel Cappuccino Instant Coffee 8 Pack (8x20.3g). Ordered 2 but only received 1. Total boxes in the order received is 5 and are all sealed. Please can you just send the missing item." They instructed me to returned the item in question which I did. Email I received "Hi Duane Your Takealot account has been credited for the following returned product: 1 x JACOBS Salted Caramel Cappuccino Instant Coffee - 8 pack (8x20.3g) We will automatically apply this credit towards your next purchase. If youd like to view your available credit balance or request a refund, go to My Account > Credit & Refunds. Regards, The Takealot Team"

They only refunded the item that was returned and not the the missing item. Ordered 2, 1 not delivered and the 1 received was returned. I paid R110 for the 2, the undelivered 1 and the returned 1 and only got a credit for R55 instead of R110. This is very suspect! I paid R781 for the order which includes the R110. It appears that the order was changed to 1 when picked but the value was not changed.
