Very quick turnaround time
I had an issue with another Dremel bought 6 months ago (used twice). Without fuss the parcel was arranged for collection, collected and refunded within a period of 72hrs. New Dremel ordered and scheduled for delivery tomorrow. Now that is online shopping!
