VERY POOR SERVICE LEVEL

Catastrophic service level, they have lost a client for ever.

The UPS bought from them, has issues with the cooling fan permanently on and it looses its power very quickly. On Takealot website it cannot be returned but on the product warranty card it clearly says one year warranty (delivery was on the 13/07/2022). We want Takealot to replace the article or refund us of R 2569.
