Very poor service from takealot

I have been waiting weeks for my order that was ordered form takealot, Order ***5 sms received from takalot with conformation on deliver 6th of May 2020 and no explanation why the package was not delivered nor a new delivery date its truly pathetic service. You cant phone them because no one is answering due to COVID19, only email we got our first response 8th of May 2020 they will look in to it , today is the 11th of May 2020 and still no package, the response today from Cher Titus at takealot is that the package was delivered at the wrong address they will get the courier company to go an collect it, i don't want second hand things now, people whom sign for things that is not there things should be prosecuted its as good as theft and *****.
