Very poor service.

After using Takealot often, we recently encountered a problem they are not interested in dealing with. One item is outstanding from our order. I notified them on the same day - within moments, in fact. They have not bothered to replace it. They delivered instead, a different item, which they have collected since. We are still waiting for action on the original missing item.
