Very Poor service

Poor and Pathetic service i bought a Ups online for loadsheding and a specific date was provided i work from home the product was R418 i paid a whole R95 for delivery fees i had to wait for 5 days for the product and when i realized that they changed the date again to another week,I wanted to cancel the order just so i can buy something else so i can get a next day delivery because this UPS is desperately needed its advised that i cant because i already paid when this is my money i said money not take a lots money mine my money .I wont recommend anyone to buy on take a lot rather go to Shein or Amazon those service providers .
