Very poor service by takealot.com... actually I would not rate them at all...

I purchased goods from take alot and did not receive. On the app it show delivered but till date I have not received my goods or feedback from them. Logged and sent numerous emails but given the run around and no no feedback. Takealot.com takes money but there's no way you will get feedback from them if you need a refund or did not get you items delivered.
