Very poor service @takealot.com

The service at takealot.com it is so bad that..the lost my fnb card. I was suppose to get my FNB card on the 05/04/22 between 8am to 5pm… I waited for them whole day no call nothing. After two days I called them they had no idea where my FNB card is at….we tried to support them but very poor service . Can’t wait for Amazon to come to South Africa to take them out of business cause they’re just waste of our time.
