Very Poor Service and No Credit for Cancelled Item from Takealot

I order a lot from Takealot, but I am very disappointed lately. On 2 occasions items where missing or cancelled from my order. This was in July 2022, up until today I have not received a refund or credit for the not delivered items. The website is not very user friendly to contact them with enquiries. The one item that was missing from my order was a curtain - I have ordered 6 curtains (panels) - the same design and colour for one specific room. Takealot delivered only 5 and they still owe me the money for the missing one. The question is will I find another curtain the same as the others again? Very very poor service. The same happened to a friend of mine in April 2022, she is still waiting for her credit/refund.
