Very POOR service

Placed an order with them on the 18 May and it still has not been delivered. They promised delivery on the 8 June and did not deliver. No further notification from them and despite numerous emails to them they still have not delivered or given me a delivery date. They shut down their phone lines during lock down and still have not reconnected. They are unable to respond to emails on the same day. This is a business that doesn't deserve to be operating. Shocking way of dealing with their customers.
