Very Poor Service

I made a payment for an urgent order, the money went of my bank account, but my order still shows as AWAITING PAYMENT, I phoned and emailed numerous times Take a Lot but my issue cant be resolved because they are waiting for PayFast!!!! This order is extremely urgent. 99% of the Customer call agents just cant help me and keep on asking for Proof of Payment but it was send already 5 times!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
