Very poor service!!

I bought a fridge/freezer from Takealot and the item was delivered on Wednesday 1 March 2023. However the item was defective and I logged a request to return and replace the item. A week later, after numerous phone calls, the item has still not even been collected. Absolute pathetic service!!! I will not advise anybody to deal with Takealot as there customer service is VERY poor!!
