Very poor service

<p>I placed my order with Takealot Wednesday morning, I phoned about 3 hours later to arrange that the parcel gets delivered Friday morning before 11 (on confirmation email it said Friday the 7th July 2027) the lady told me to phone in the next day as the parcel was being pack and only once its with Mr D can they put my requeste in. I phone the next morning and spoke to Melissa Opperman and she put my request in ( I received the confirmation SMS to say it going to be delivered before 11 the next day) I phone Friday at 11:15 to ask where my parcel is only for them to say it will be delivered before 5, I asked the lady that Melissa contact me as she was the one who arranged it. Shortly after that Melissa phoned me and got in contact with the driver and her excuse was the driver got delayed with his delivery and would deliver by 12:30 I told her I left work and that's the reason I request early delivery on my parcel. I told her to arrange that they deliver to my home address (email send to her with my address)about an hour later I received a email to say my parcel was delivered at work. Therefor Melissa ignored my request ONCE AGAIN and the driver PATRICK MJOL delivery my parcel at work. I have been buying from Takealot for sometime now and if this is the quality of your customer service then I'm afraid you will lose yet another client. I made sure I put my request in early in order for it to be delivered before 11, and Melissa ignored my first and then second request, she clearly (or the driver) showed they will do what they want to do. Very disappointed and frustrated as I now have to wait to give my niece her bday gift only Monday. Not a happy customer at the moment!!!!</p>
