Very poor service

Last year June 2023 I bought a car radio thru Takelot. It was faulty when we opend it and I returned it 2 days later. November 2023 I still havent heard back about the replacement and I called Takelot's customer care. Spoke to so many people and they all promised to call me back the following day. A week after my first call I called them again and again the same story. Its now April 2024 and still no one has come back to me. How do I get my money back from them?
