Very poor service
On tueday l got a text massage from FNB that read *****FNB:-) Takealot Delivery Team will be in touch to arrange delivery of your credit card. FNB-div of FRB Ltd
and later in the day l got a call from a lady from takelot who called to arrange delivery with me and l actually had opted for the Thursday delivery but she clearly told me that the only time they can service my area was on Friday which l agreed and moments later l got a text as below ***** Your FNB Credit Card will be delivered Fri 11 May 1pm-1:30pm by Takealot Delivery Team, ********** 500. Copy of ID and Proof of Residence will be required. Ref ********** 7 ***** and as l was working on Friday l arranged with my work to be late and wait for my card
1pm -1.30pm came and passed and at 2pm l picked up my phone and called and got through a take alot agent buy the name Shermarie Gallant who placed me on hold for nearly 15 mins and when she came back on the line all she said was we see the card is (under a statutes ) which was complete jog-on to me as l don't work for takealot she then tried to explain what that was but as l was running out time to go to work l all l need was my card l eventually asked for a manager and a guy by the name of Ricado Sagewis came on the phone and all he told me was that my card will not be delivered to day as they gave it to FEDX who where suppose to deliver my card and they do not service my area which l find as such appealing service because had it been that case why didn't FNB advice me that
All this guy could say was am sorry but sorry couldn't bring the card l was waiting for since Tuesday and all he could just say is MAYBE they can have the card to me on Monday which has clearly taken 3 weeks for me to get the card from the day l started to apply for it
Why then did l get a text in the morning ********** today reminding me that the card will be here between 1-1.30pm when they knew they don't service l didn't even go to work because of this who is going to pay for those lost wages l will never recommend take alot to anyone this a pathetic service you say you deliver but who you do is frustrate clients l even requested to speak to someone high than Ricado 20times and he clearly declined my request eventually l dropped my line so you guy do what ever you what with my card eaither send it back to FNB or what because l cannot be bagging to bring my business to FNB because you seem to have a bottle neck ************** of which area to deliver
