Very poor service

I've been waiting for a delivery of my FNB Aspire debit card (ref no: ***) since last week and Takealot deliver team promised that they were going to call me to make delivery arrangements, however no one called and I had to phone them to ask about my delivery. Then they said they gonna deliver on Tuesday, 07/03/2023 which they did not and I am so annoyed as I don't even have cash with me. When I called them yesterday they said the driver came and tried to call me which was a lie and they delivery team can't even say what time will the driver come to deliver. Even now I am still waiting for that driver and I am going to cancel this order if they don't deliver today by 15:30.
