Very poor service

They refuse to help me, i came from far to collect my tv at my moms house, now it's broken, they can't deliver where I stay. Now i must wait for them to collect, then for them to inspect, and then only replace, but this screen was damaged when delivered, out of box failure, bring new tv, take broken one and then do your prosedures, i didn't break the tv, I emailed you the photos.

This is how my tv gets delivered from Takealot, just now, when i called i must now wait for them to collect on monday, and then wait another few days, how long i don't know. I didn't damage the tv, it came out the box brand new. So why must i wait so long, bring me a new tv take the broken one, and it's done.... So why must i be the one that is in fault here... This is unnecessary. I had to wait for the tv to arrive today, and i need to go back, i came to pta for this delivery...
