Very poor service

Never had a problem with Takealot, until now. Ordered on 29/10/2022. Was then informed that my parcel will arrive on 05 /11/2022. Moved all my plans around to wait at home for my parcel. Just after 14:00 I got a sms that no one was available to receive the parcel. Yet I was outside my house and there was nobody to deliver. Rescheduled for 7/11/2022 and onse again changed my plans for the day. Just after 13:00 I received a call from the dispatch in Welkom to find out if I received anything yet. I was promised before 17:00 I would have my parcel. Again I waited like a fool. At 17:28 I phoned dispatch and was told the dilivery van has not returned and I will get my package during the evening. This morning I got a sms that it has been rescheduled again because no one was home at 16:45 on 7/11/2022 to receive the package. I phoned again and told them that is nonsense and that it is very urgent that I get my package before 9:00 today, 8/11/2022. I was told that they will phone me back.... I have not received my package or the phone call as promised. I am very dissapointed and will surely think twice before ordering from them again.
