VERY Poor Quality Masks from TakeaLot.com

I bought ZENITH Face Masks from TakeaLot.com after initially buying N95 masks from them that were very good quality. The next of masks are useless and not worth the R895 that I paid. The elastic is stapled to the mask and so far already 5 masks have been thrown away as the staples keep coming off when u try to put on the mask. USELESS PRODUCT, I FEEL CHEATED. it is not even in Zenith packaging and not even close to the article picture that what was described. 20 or so ****py items of these which look as though they were just stapled onto pieces of cheap cloth. NOT WORTH THE PRICE I PAID. After sending a picture of what was delivered, TakeaLot.com is not even offering to send replacement products. I bought the masks specifically to have something during the lock-down.

I ATTACH A PICTURE OF WHAT YOU SENT ME. IT IS NOT EVEN IN BRANDED ZENITH PACKAGING - THE MASKS WERE PACKED IN AN ORDINARY SANDWICH BAG THAT ONE CAN BUY AT THE SHOPS. I need my account credited if the product cannot be replaced as the RETURNS OPTION NOT WORKING ON YOUR WEBSITE.

Ruse their 4G - 19 hour Unlimited package. On rainy or cloudy days, the service has been very poor but it seems to have improved over the last 2 weeks where days have been cloudy but service was still available. When it rains, forget about RAIN. It doesn't work and they NEVER respond to email queries.
