Very Poor Delivery Service 😡

I am so disappointed with Takealot delivery service around Kroonstaad area as the driver "Soki Couriers" called to ask where was I at 17:05 as my parcel delivery was scheduled for today 28th April before 17:00 to say he thought I was this particular lady she knew, whn I confirmed I wasn't who he thought I was,I asked him if he was at the address I registered for the parcel to be delivered, he said "No" he was actually in town,if it was that "particular lady" he would have delivered the parcel at her work place as he knew exactly where she worked.. He went on and hanged up the phone... I called him again at 17:25 confirming if he is still coming and told a story about the delivery vehicle been broken, he just changed to another vehicle, he will deliver... But when I called him again 17:40 "twice" his phone rang a couple of times and went to voicemail... Let me give you advice "Takealot " if you don't fire that driver who doesn't have a clue when it comes to customer service, you will definitely loose unhappy clients like me😡
