Very poor delivery experience

27/01/26 - 12:33 The driver (Sameul) called and insisted I come outside because security “refused” him entry. When I checked with security, they confirmed he never asked to enter. The driver then accused me of lying and stood extremely close to me in an intimidating manner. He refused to hand over my parcel and continued arguing. Only after I took a photo of his vehicle’s registration plates (CK54148) did he finally give me my delivery. This behaviour was unprofessional and confrontational
