Very poor Delivery and Returns

I am disappointed with the current service I have been receiving from Take a lot.

My last two encounter have been nothing but horrible, I order a pair of green wireless headphones and they were delivered but broken in the original packaging, I logged a return on them which was done and when they returned they sent a different colour dark blue.

Today they did another number on me, I had three orders due for delivery and had two successfully delivered than on the third one they did not deliver and message reads address incomplete. How did they deliver the first two at the addres and then fail to deliver the third at the same address, worse the driver did not bother to call and confirm the address.
