Very poor customer service on RETURNS.

We bought a wardrobe through Takealot, but could not assemble it due to a missing panel. We requested a return online numerously. We've been waiting three weeks for the collection and refund of an item to be returned. Takealot keeps on making promises that the courier will come and collect, but NOTHING happens. When trying to reach them, the key contact person is not responding to emails or fulfilling his promises. Extremely disappointing and VERY frustrating.
